White Widow is a legendary strain that has gained global recognition and remains one of the most renowned cannabis strains to this day. While the exact origin of White Widow is still a mystery, our breeders at Royal Queen Seeds have created our own version using White Widow S1 genetics, resulting in a balanced hybrid with 50% indica and 50% sativa genetics.

The original White Widow is considered a Dutch classic, first grown in the Netherlands. It is believed to be a cross between a sativa landrace from Brazil and an indica hybrid from southern India. The strain was developed through years of selective breeding in the mountains of Kerala to produce resin-rich marijuana plants.

Our White Widow feminized variety grows to a height of around 1m indoors and up to 2m outdoors. It thrives with ample light and can even be cultivated in colder climates. Indoor growers can expect yields of 450-500g/m² under a 600W light, while outdoor growers can harvest between 550-600g/plant. Although White Widow performs better in warm climates, it still produces excellent results in northern European climates.

With a flowering period of 8-10 weeks, White Widow is relatively low-maintenance and suitable for first-time growers. Training techniques such as topping, low-stress training (LST), and defoliation can enhance its growth and maximize bud production. By implementing these techniques, you can create an open and well-ventilated canopy with abundant bud sites.
